DIALEKTIKA KUNINGAN — In order to ensure the availability and readiness of 3 Kg LPG across all sub-distributors in Kuningan Regency, the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry (Diskopdagperin) conducted monitoring and evaluation (Monev) with stakeholders on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
The Monev activities began at SPPBE PT. Puspita Cipta, located in Desa Manggari, Kecamatan Lebak Wangi, and continued to the 3 Kg LPG Agency PT. Polita Prima Lestari in Desa Ciawigebang, concluding at Pangkalan Edi Supriadi, Ciawigebang.
This Monev was conducted alongside the police, military (TNI), municipal police (Satpol PP), and representatives from Pertamina Retail Cirebon, Hiswana Migas, and the Korda LPG 3 Kg, focusing on the availability and preparedness of agencies and bases in Kuningan Regency.
Trisman Supriatna, M.Pd, Head of Diskopdagperin Kuningan, urged the public to remain calm and not panic regarding the adjustment of 3 Kg LPG distribution in sub-distributors, highlighting that the gas supply remains stable.
“We understand the importance of 3 Kg LPG for households, SMEs, and other business sectors. Therefore, we ask the public not to panic and to adhere to the prevailing regulations,” said Trisman, accompanied by Trade Department Head Asep Tomi Novian, SE.
Following the issuance of Circular No. B.570/MG.05/DJM/2025 from the Director General of Oil and Gas regarding the adjustment of 3 Kg LPG distribution regulations in sub-distributors, the government urges all citizens, especially 3 Kg LPG consumers in Kuningan Regency, to stay calm. It is emphasized that the government and relevant parties will continuously ensure the availability of 3 Kg LPG across all sub-distributors in the area.
“There are some key points for the public to note regarding this policy. Firstly, the adjustment of distribution aims to ensure that 3 Kg LPG reaches those who truly need it in a precise and efficient manner. The distribution process will prioritize consumers who meet the established criteria,” explained Trisman.
Trisman also reminded consumers not to engage in overbuying or stockpiling 3 Kg LPG, as it could lead to shortages that harm many parties.
“It is crucial for all segments of society to comply with the regulations set by the government for the distribution of 3 Kg LPG. This is essential to maintain order and fairness in distribution,” he added.
Ongoing socialization and supervision will be carried out to ensure proper implementation in the field. Diskopdagperin also provides a complaint service for residents who experience difficulties in obtaining 3 Kg LPG or have further questions, they can contact the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry of Kuningan Regency.
H. Mahali, Manager of the 3 Kg LPG Base in Dusun Pahing, noted that there was no panic buying in the Ciawigebang area, with distribution running smoothly and normally. The usual daily distribution is five trucks, each carrying 560 cylinders.***
